CRUISE CANCELLATION POLICY:
Starboard Speakers reserves the right to apply a cancellation fee to your account for any cruise which was invoiced and then cancelled. 
There will be a 50% penalty applied to bookings that are cancelled more than 100 days prior to the sail date, the remaining 50% can be used toward a future cruise. No refund will be issued.

For cancellations less than 100 days prior to sailing, no refunds or future cruise credit will be issued.
Cruises that are cancelled by the cruise line will result in a future cruise credit for the amount that you paid to Starboard Speakers. No refunds will be given.


Cruise itineraries that are changed will not be given a refund or future cruise credit.


Insurance is not provided and is strongly suggested for your trip. It is your responsibility to arrange and purchase an insurance policy for you and your guest for this cruise. Purchase of travel/trip interruption and medical insurance (including Medical Evacuation) is strongly recommended to cover unforeseen interruptions, trip cancellations or other incidents. Starboard Speakers will not issue credit or refund for any cancellation which could be reimbursed through the purchase of travel insurance.


If the cruise line cancels your cruise for a reason not reimbursable through travel insurance, Starboard Speakers will issue a future cruise credit not to exceed the amount of your paid administrative fee.  This credit will be kept on file for use towards a future cruise.

IF YOU ARE DISEMBARKED DUE TO POOR PERFORMANCE OR INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OR FUTURE CRUISE CREDIT
    

TRAVEL INSURANCE IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED
    

PAYMENT POLICY:
Payments will now be required within 24 hours of proposal approval. AFTER you make your payment you will then be sent your official confirmation letter and additional cruise documents as required. This will be the process:
1) You apply for a cruise by sending me a proposal
2) Your proposal is approved by the respective cruise line
3) I notify you in writing that your cruise is approved and that your payment is required within 24 hours
4) You will be sent an official invoice with a ‘pay now’ feature
5) You pay the invoice within 24 hours - and I am notified your payment has been received
6) I then send you all of your official cruise documents
If you do not pay your invoice within 24 hours, the cruise opening is released and goes back into pool of available cruise openings.
